Mirror – lamp Ô Abyss, design Boris Dennler, 2016
The mirror / lamp Ô Abyss was designed by Swiss designer Boris Dennler for the exhibition « Light & reflexion » at Kissthedesign gallery. The designer played with the property of polarized mirror to create an illusion where the neon tube endless replicate in a colourful rainbow. The object, between art and design, is handcrafted in Switzerland. Every exemplary is signed and numbered.
Boris Dennler is a self-taught designer, he aims to work different styles and like to experiment with upcycling. His most iconic works, like the Wooden Heap cabinet, are part of prestigious collections, like in the London Victoria & Albert Museum, Uli Sigg in Luzern and the Pierre Bergé foundation.
