Jacques Adnet is a French designer and architect, best known for his Modernist Art Deco designs, his partnership with Hermès and as an icon of French Modernism. He was one of the first to integrate leather, metal and glass in the structure and decoration of furniture. His style is the definition of luxury. He created fine designs that still feels modern today. Both the Adnet Circulaire and Rectangulaire mirrors were designed in the 1950’s after his partnership with Hermès and both mirrors are produced in Italian full-grain leather with unique brass details.
The circular mirror is available in black, tan or olive leather with strap and in 3 sizes. The length of the leather strap that supports the mirror is in direct proportion to the mirror diameter. The depth of the mirror frame is 7 cm, the strap width is 3.5 cm. Buckles made in solid patinated brass. Includes hanger in solid brass and wall mounts.
