Charles R. Macintosh (1868 – 1928) is a famous architect from the early 20th century and member of the Arts & Craft movement. He designed the Willow chair in 1904, the Cassina production started from 1973.
Armchair with curved lattice back, ashwood frame stained black. Seat cushion beige. Small storage under the seat.
With signature and serial number engraved under the seat. Early Cassina exemplar.
