Boa sofa, Humberto & Fernando Campana, Edra.
The Boa sofa was designed by the Campana brothers in 2002 for the Italian manufacturer Edra. Made of a long woven velvet tube, without any rigid frame, the Boa looks like a nest or a wave where you can rest. The model is filled with goose feathers and flexible polyurethane chips and is very comfortable. It is available here in the most desirable version in deep blue to purple-pink iridescent velvet. It totally fits in the current trend of the disco and ultraviolet revival visible this year at the Milan Design Week and at Design Miami Basel, for instance with Disco Gufram.
A new Boa sofa is approximately worth 18’000 to 20’000 CHF, it is here available at the exceptional price of 5’900 CHF. The exemplar is in very good general condition with some small wear visible on the pictures.
