AUGUST, BULL’S EYE
Exhibition from may 28 to july 17 2010
For the second contemporary art exhibition, Kissthedesign shows under the title “BULL’S EYE” the installations, objects and photography of the young swiss artist August.
August is the archetype of the 21st century artist, fan of mobile phone, private marketing and Facebook. His work is an art of trip in the universe of collective memory and branding.
August’s exhibition will have two parts: Part I will show August’s new in situ installation “Bull’s eye” and Part II will exhibit a selection of August’s work.
The Installation “Bull’s Eye” was developed according to the special architecture and content of the gallery. The time of the installation, Kissthedesign will be the place for a fetishistic cult full of fictional and dramatic tension.
